Does the 12 hours include the driver’s break time?
Yes. Drivers rest while you are at your stops, which is standard practice and keeps driving safe. We do not pause the clock or charge extra for it. If your plan requires genuinely continuous long-distance driving, we will flag that at quoting stage and may propose a two-driver arrangement.
Can I change the itinerary during the day?
That is the entire point of the format. Within the 12 hours and the agreed operating area you can add, drop or reorder stops as you like. Only two things need re-confirmation: leaving the agreed area completely, and running past the twelfth hour.
Is a full day enough to reach the national park?
Not on land. The park islands are reachable by boat only, so a full-day hire covers your land legs — hotel to marina, marina back to hotel, plus whatever fills the gaps between them.
What if I need a car for several consecutive days?
Consecutive-day bookings are priced as a block, usually cheaper per day than four separate hires, with the same driver retained throughout. If those days head inland toward Ruteng, Bajawa or Kelimutu, the Flores overland package is the better structure — ask us to price both side by side.
